Opwarming aardgas :
INTEC heeft de eind december de opdracht ontvangen voor het leveren van twee heaters voor het opwarmen van vloeibaar aardgas voor een projekt in Iran De heaters worden uitgevoerd in roest vast staal. Beide ketels hebben een capaciteit van ca 600 kW. De installatie wordt geplaatst in een ATEX Zone 2. Samen met Elco Burners BV heeft INTEC Netherlands BV de brander installatie ge-engineered en ontworpen.

November 2013
Slibdroog installatie :
INTEC levert in 2014 een complete slib droog installatie aan een klant in Duitsland. De complete engineering en berekeningen zijn door INTEC uitgevoerd. De slib wordt gedroogd middels thermische olie. In een later stadium zal deze slib verbrand worden in een verbrandingsoven van INTEC, waardoor deze installatie zichzelf onderhouden kan qua energiebalans. De installatie zal medio juli in gebruik gaan.

November 2013
Onlangs werd de 25 MW ketel geladen voor onze klant in Indonesië. Doordat INTEC in 2010 een complete nieuwe eigen fabriek gebouwd heeft, is het mogelijk om als een van de weinige firma deze grootte te bouwen.

Oktober 2013
Bij Troelstra en de Vries in IJlst werd afgelopen week de nieuwe ketel afgeleverd door INTEC Netherlands BV
Naast de optimalisatie, aanpassing en engineering van het system is nu de ketel geleverd welke de oude gaat ketel vervangen. De oude ketel blijft gekoppeld aan het systeem, maar zal niet meer actief zijn.

INTEC Netherlands BV was requested to engineer and design a new incinerator head for exchange at Caldic Chemie.
INTEC will optimise the TNV system and will advise and engineer the renewing of the incinerator head

July/September 2012
INTEC Netherlands BV was requested to engineer the complete thermal oil system at Kronospan Smorgon Belarus. The factory was moved from Germany to Belarus and will be extended. INTEC will optimise the whole system and will advise to save energy in the plant. INTEC the Netherlands will engineer and help to build up the complete system. The factory will be extended and the system will be started up again with help from INTEC the next moths.

INTEC Netherlands BV was requested to engineer the complete thermal oil system (6 MW) at Oxea Amsterdam. INTEC will optimise the whole system and will advise to save energy in the plant.

Thereby the processes will be checked and optimised to have a optimal running system. Also will be advised to change some “old” components and modify the existing systems at some point. The system is running with ATEX and Sil.

January 2012
INTEC Netherlands BV was requested to do maintenance at a thermal oil installation (installed at 1994) running at heavy oil for Hong Kong owner at shipyard Yui Lian Yard China.

The heater has been checked and pressure tested acc. to classification society. Also the electrical system and burner system were maintenanced and checked. In the meantime the installation is running properly at heavy oil for cargo heating.

2011 - 5 MW heater for DSM - The Netherlands
At the beginning of 2010 DSM ordered for a production line in Emmen the Netherlands a 5 MW heater at INTEC Engineering Netherlands BV. INTEC will deliver the complete installation turnkey for Emmtec Engineering with highest quality and technical design incl. airpreheater, NOX 70 mg/m3 according to the latest inquiries for environment. The thermal efficiently is abt. 94 %.

The heater and preheater will be designed and manufacturered by INTEC Engineering and INTEC Rohr Technik GmbH theirselves. The system is running with Marlotherm SH and has a feed line temperature of 335 Degree C.

October 2011
This week INTEC Netherlands BV started up a wood combustion system of 8 MW in Riga Latvia. This installation will burn wood and heated up thermal oil Mobiltherm 605 by INTEC heaters with a feed temperatur of max 290 degrees Celsius

Next to the engineering and delivery of the system INTEC supplies the PLC system for the plant, which connected the industrial parts of the factory to this new system.
The system Works with Siemens S7 PLC and communicates and controls the whole wood combustion installation over bus system. It is connected to the chips wood press and the OSB press of the factory.

This week INTEC delivered 12 MW heater with APH for DOW Kallo Belgium

Some weeks ago INTEC Rohr Technik started up the new factory for assembling the INTEC heaters.
Heaters up to 100 MW can be assembled in this new factory. Especially for our customers in the Far East, INTEC decided to the build a new factory, owned by INTEC Rohr Technik. See pictures.
